Limoux, an exception in Languedoc

ALTA, in summer rosé
Limoux is a palette of terroirs, where the high altitude vineyards offer reserves of freshness. In this unique climatic and topographical context in Pays d'Oc, the red grape varieties achieve well-balanced maturation. Malbec, Syrah, Cinsault find their respective conditions of development there, served by the coalition of oceanic and Mediterranean climates.
