In Baixas in Roussillon, the Dom Brial winery testifies to the vitality of winegrowers' groups in Catalan country. Its production is divided into three categories, encompassing red, white and rosé wines as well as naturally sweet wines.
In Villeneuve les Corbières , in the heart of the Fitou AOP bordering the Corbières AOP , Alban and Anaïs Izard run the Domaine Lérys, which they are carrying on as the eighth generation of winemakers.
Awarded the High Environmental Value label , combining its warm welcome with the generosity of its range of wines, Domaine Saint Thomas also stands out in Roussillon for its exceptional vintages produced in the Collioure and Banyuls Grand Cru appellations.
