Established for several generations in the AOP Cahors terroir, Didier Pelvillain is the conductor of Vignobles Pelvillain. It produces on three different terroirs demonstrative wines of all the resources of the Cahors wine and the Malbec grape that characterizes it.
After having occupied the position of head sommelier in a beautiful establishment in Occitania, Brian Devaux currently officiates in Lorraine with the starred restaurant Toya. Professional and passionate, he won the title of “Sommelier” of the Grand Est at the end of the Gault & Millau Tour 2018.

In the Cahors vineyard, the path leading to the Domaine de Chantelle first runs between paths of fruit trees before reaching the banks of the Lot. The Cahors wine produced on the property is part of the tradition and typicity of the appellation.
If on the Cahors vineyard Lo Domeni should be classified among the small surface areas, the wines produced there by Pierre Pradel are particularly demonstrative of all the nuances which make up the potential richness of the Malbec grape variety.
